So it's war!
EzineArticles says it has declared war on Internet Marketers... they say they're not going to accept 'derivative content' anymore.
Mmmm! Getting an article accepted by ezinearticles has always been a bit of a lottery... unless you stick to the bland and harmless formula. Oh well! Luckily there are plenty of other article directories... but I can't help thinking EA has shot itself in the foot!
We're being attacked on a different front by the US FDC... who say we must make it clear if links on our sites will result in us getting paid. Plus a load of stuff about 'typical results'... which is nonsense because what they're really talking about is averages, or means, or medians... and once you start talking statistics... I'm 100% sure there'll be a 458% percentage increase (in real terms) in the bull***t created by legal teams to create disclaimers that get round the FDC ruling!
