2...Don't look at your e-mail inbox before you start work!
Follow this one tip and you will increase your work output tenfold! Decide on how long you're going to spend working on your online business and decide what you're going to achieve before you sit down in front of your computer Stick to your work-plan and do not check your e-mail before you start! Difficult I know, but stay focused on the task you decided to work on. If you check your e-mail you will be distracted, it's inevitable!
